Disliked: I was so looking forward to the “hot chocolate chip cookie” given on arrival to only find that after eating a couple of bites it had pecans (I’m allergic)! Probably shouldn’t have offered a free cookie with any type of nuts but all good

the building is nice but...

Liked: location was perfect and the hotel building was gorgeous. amenities were just as listed and the pool outside was gorgeous. seemed like the staff took a lot of time to making the appearance of the hotel shine
Disliked: the hotel staff was hardly accommodating. i called the front desk the first night i was there and was told they would call me back (they didn't.) there was also a gross stain on one of the chairs in the room we were staying in that when staff was told about it, they said they would take care of it (they didn't.)
