Liked: The beds were so comfy! The rooms are beautiful. Clean and hip and I loved the water pressure in the shower. The view was pretty cool looking at the bridge.
Disliked: I do wish there was quiet close toilet seats. Also, the elevator waiting area on floor 7 was freezing. The elevator floors need to be tended to a bit better. Drinks spilled and wet the whole time I used the elevators

Liked: The ambiance was beautiful and elegant.
Disliked: There was a $50 deposit I didn’t find about until I got to the front desk. That deposit will not be released for 7-10 business days from now. The breakfast was supposed to be complimentary but I was charged not leaving me with enough money to get home. This was my birthday experience!
