Very good

Liked: The location was good. The staff that checked us in was knowledgeable and very kind. We requested late check out but our door was still knocked on twice while we were sleeping. It would have been nice for the morning staff to have communicated that to the housekeeping staff. The room was spacious and clean. The temperature was great.
Disliked: The pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Both my husband and I have terrible neck pain and both need massages now. The indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. Not all the lights and plugs worked

Liked: Continental breakfast was appreciated. I had to book this stay due to weather preventing me from traveling home. The hotel is so convenient, just across the street from my place of employment. Would choose it again without question. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: WiFi could be better and included without having to join Hilton Rewards Program. I would prefer a less fragrant, aromatic, likely PFAs type chemicals in the soaps and shampoos.

Liked: The Front desk staff was pleasant & helpful. The Facility was very clean, reasonably priced & close by to where we where visiting.
Disliked: Made reservation in advance & upon evening arrival booked into a 3rd floor room that was ice cold. No central heating only the below the window type unit found in motels which was very loud. In the very early AM hours we were awakened by Garbage collection. Apparently despite taking the elevator to the 3rd floor our room was at a little less than ground level with the neighboring buildings dumpsters a mere few feet directly across from our room window, apparently the building is built into a hillside. Lastly the room featured a large sitting area that had a large red stain in the carpet & no chairs or couch to sit on only two ottomans. Breakfast buffet area was clean but the food was quite dismal.
