Room was not ready until 9. People booked in the same rooms and an out of control rude front desk clerk.

Liked: The room was bigger than I expected and the stuff was very nice and made us feel like we were home. Very happy with our stay!

Liked: The staff was very helpful, the attached Italian restaurant very good!
Disliked: 2 out of the 4 days we stayed the floor reeked of marijuana. Not sure what the laws are but not cool when we are staying with kids

Stay was fine room was...
Liked: We like staying there and the convenience of going to the restaurant in the property Vita. However this time the food was horrible. We were so disappointed with the quality of the food.
Disliked: Disappointed with the food from Vita. We ended up going back to our room hungry. The restaurant is one of the main reasons we pick staying at this facility. Is a shame they change the chef and quality of the food.

Great value for the quality...
Liked: The beds and bedding were very comfortable, had the option of a pull out bed, had a great supply of toiletries and great service.
Disliked: $10 Parking fee per night

Frustrating
Liked: Never went for breakfast, not convenient.
Disliked: The bathroom was horrible, for some reason they gave us a handicap room, the shower was not set up properly so when you attempted to take a shower water went all over the bathroom floor, the curtains were not long enough, the only way you could take a shower was to hug the back wall and water still went on to the floor. Looking at the bottom of the door frame it looks like this happens a lot. Possible mold at the bottom of the tile. When we asked for another room they said to pack our bags and while we were at our function they would give us another room, then after our bags were packed they said they couldn’t do it that day and would let us know when….. nothing, we never unpacked and lived out of our suitcases. Not good at all!
