Room was not ready until 9. People booked in the same rooms and an out of control rude front desk clerk.

Disliked: Worst experience ever!

Liked: The room was bigger than I expected and the stuff was very nice and made us feel like we were home. Very happy with our stay!

Great value for the quality...

Liked: The beds and bedding were very comfortable, had the option of a pull out bed, had a great supply of toiletries and great service.
Disliked: $10 Parking fee per night

Frustrating

Liked: Never went for breakfast, not convenient.
Disliked: The bathroom was horrible, for some reason they gave us a handicap room, the shower was not set up properly so when you attempted to take a shower water went all over the bathroom floor, the curtains were not long enough, the only way you could take a shower was to hug the back wall and water still went on to the floor. Looking at the bottom of the door frame it looks like this happens a lot. Possible mold at the bottom of the tile. When we asked for another room they said to pack our bags and while we were at our function they would give us another room, then after our bags were packed they said they couldn’t do it that day and would let us know when….. nothing, we never unpacked and lived out of our suitcases. Not good at all!

Liked: The bartender, Christian was awesome! That guy is friendly, down to earth, and was cool to interact with during my stay. His service was top-notch--always quick with a fresh beverage and menu recommendations. His Dirty Martini rocked. He also made sure I got the most out of the Happy Hour specials. Say hello to him for me. Tell him Tom and the people that had problems with the barstools will be back soon--he'll remember us!

Disliked: Having to pay for parking. Our room was dirty. Bathroom doors white and splattered with something and could tell they hadn’t been wiped at all. Was no conditioner in bottle in shower. Things I would expect housekeeping to check between each guest
