Room was not ready until 9. People booked in the same rooms and an out of control rude front desk clerk.

Liked: The room was bigger than I expected and the stuff was very nice and made us feel like we were home. Very happy with our stay!

Disliked: Terrible service! There's no free toothbrush and when we called for one the staff told us to come downstairs to get one but failed to tell us that we had to buy one from their store! Then the morning coffee is always put away so fast. Several times during my 2-week long stay, I was busy working in the lobby and didn't realize the coffee was being put away right at 10am. There was no last call and no one bothered to ask those of us in the lobby if we wanted any before they rushed off to put it away. You have to pay for parking which was yet another charge. You do not receive free water bottles everyday only during the first night. I was really disappointed by the service here and I stayed 2-weeks plus several other times in weekends prior. I must have spent a total of 3 full weeks here and the service felt cold and terrible. I felt like I was a big bother each time I asked for things.
