Liked: We stay there every time we return to the area. Family near by and it’s a nice place.

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Room service was nice
Disliked: Phone didn’t work, tv didn’t work. Kevin at the front desk was wildly rude and unhelpful after the hotel made a mistake with my credit card.

Disappointing

Disliked: Booked this hotel for my teenager's swim meet at the Recplex nearby _specifically_ because I could book a room with 2 queen beds for my husband and teen daughter. When they arrived they were told the hotel was "overbooked" and were changed to a room with a single bed and a pull out sofa bed. My daughter took the sofa bed and unfortunately said it was not comfortable; she had to compete in the swim meet the following day for > 12 hours after not getting good rest the night before. If I knew the hotel might not honor the reservation/specific beds request, I would have booked elsewhere. It wasn't cheap either at 200$ per night! Disappointed.

Disliked: Some of the furniture in the room needed to be replaced, I thought it was "dated".

Liked: The location was perfect right next to the outlet mall so theres tons to do! The pool was fun! other guests and staff were friendly.
Disliked: Sadly i booked the hotel because it had a whirlpool and when we got there the whirlpool was out of commision but its okay we enjoyed the pool because it was warm too
