Because the GPS address shows up as the "old one" we ended up being late to our concert. The front desk guy was at least able to give good directions. If you know this is a problem, it should be fixed for the amount of $ we paid.

Liked: Staff friendly but told front desk 4 times our room had no room number!!said it would be addressed but wasn't. Asked for more towels never happened, luckily I saw a lady cleaning the room across the hall and she gave me 2 towels.I thanked her.
Disliked: We didn't know 2 important things,,the main 2 reasons we stayed there.1 no shuttle to steelers stadium!!2 pool was closed. Plus we booked in August/September. He got lost with the luggage cart and an employee nicely helped him.staff was great except no towels or room number. I understand people are busy ,lack of communication
