Because the GPS address shows up as the "old one" we ended up being late to our concert. The front desk guy was at least able to give good directions. If you know this is a problem, it should be fixed for the amount of $ we paid.

Liked: we always book at the Doubletree because of the ( Hot Tub ) facilities and the swimming pool but this time the hot tub was not working the entire weekend and that’s the entire reason why we came to the Doubletree so it was very disappointing
Disliked: hot tub was broken i hav severe rheumatoid arthritis & neuropathy so hubby surprised me with a relaxing weekend & recommended by pop hot baths /hot tub therapy

Liked: Very nice shape. Pool, gym, bar, and cafe.
Disliked: Rooms weren’t ready for check in. Reserved 400s room on the Hilton honors app and they tried to put me on 7th floor. I wanted close to my cheer comp friend, lady at the desk did get me in 400s after me complaining.

Liked: The price and the cookies were a great touch. The staff were nice and friendly. It was clean.
Disliked: It smelled like paint and construction. The tv needs upgraded.

Liked: It's beautiful hotel and the swimming pool area was ok when it was jam packed.
Disliked: The fact I never got any Hilton Honors information via email after I gave the lady at the front desk my information. Then also I never got my deposit back.
