Reasonable price. No charge for parking or internet. Very comfortable, clean, spacious room. Great shower. Free fridge and microwave. Friendly staff. Always love visiting Phoenix and Scottsdale (from Las Vegas).

Disliked: Would like to see Pay-per-view movies available.

Liked: Location, seafood buffet walking distance.
Disliked: the toilet in the room to low, not a standard one, the plaster around the shower room cracked or missing, no micro wave, The hall way carpet looked old, The light bulb on the writing table burned out or not working, You could hear people running outside your room.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Worst experience with a Hilton chain hotel. I always stay in Hilton chains for vacation and business and have enjoyed my stay. The manager was unable to resolve my issue with my reservation and was very rude. We felt the manager was a bit prejudiced and my wife felt uncomfortable. I still paid for the room but didn’t stay. I ended up at a courtyard by Marriott and had a great experience. Needles to say I will no longer stay in any Hilton chain.
