I would recommend; good service; nicely situated.

Disliked: Smells a little humid.

Disliked: Room location was between both elevators. The whole time I was in the room and tried to sleep all I heard was the elevators going up and down! The only way anyone should get that room is if they are deaf!

I am very disappointed in the Doubletree. First room had a bloody rag/tissue, the next room given had underwear hanging in the shower. Then to compensate both of us we were given one voucher for breakfast, one voucher for two different restaurants, one voucher for each place - there were two of us. This is a disgrace and the staff was actually annoyed at our complaints of the rooms. This room was not cheap to begin with.

Disliked: First room bloody rag/tissue on the floor; second room given someone's underwear in the shower.

Nothing special but comfy and convenient location.

Liked: Comfy and get a cookie with check-in.
Disliked: Bad view - right next to an office building, so had to keep blinds shut.

Liked: Our room was on the 24th floor; beautiful view, absolutely stunning. Room was very clean and nice. This hotel is close to all our favorite spots and it’s noisy at night, which is something we quite like (i know it’s not a good thing for most but we’re city people through and through). Room service was great and quick; food is a bit overpriced in my opinion but nothing too bad. We loved that there was a parking garage on property so we didn’t have to find parking elsewhere. Pool was not heated as advertised and quite dirty so we only stayed for like 5 minutes. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were so soft. Overall, great experience.

Disliked: Check in was a nightmare. They need more than 2 people. Took over an hour bc our room still wasn’t ready. The waiter at the restaurant was very inappropriate and made a group of 3 females uncomfortable. Noise complaint at 8pm? We were listening to music at a normal volume.

Liked: The location, staff and service were all above par. Unfortunately the rooms are somewhat dated and desperately need an update. The beds are superbly comfortable. The bathroom vent was clogged with dust and looked like it had not been cleaned in months. I informed them about it and they scheduled someone to take care of the issue, but they showed up when the shower was in use. They never returned after that. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off adding to the outdated feel of the place.
Disliked: Better upkeep of the room. A bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness is necessary,

Disliked: You're team is only as good as its leaders. If Management does not show up for their team the team lacks. I want to apologize to Meghan, I completely understand how she must have felt alone. Meghan was handling all phone calls and checking in everyone coming in for the big event on Tuesday. The hotels success depends on the collective effort of the Team. Teamwork is key.
