I would recommend; good service; nicely situated.

Liked: The service and people that works there.
Disliked: Smells a little humid.

Disliked: Room location was between both elevators. The whole time I was in the room and tried to sleep all I heard was the elevators going up and down! The only way anyone should get that room is if they are deaf!

I am very disappointed in the Doubletree. First room had a bloody rag/tissue, the next room given had underwear hanging in the shower. Then to compensate both of us we were given one voucher for breakfast, one voucher for two different restaurants, one voucher for each place - there were two of us. This is a disgrace and the staff was actually annoyed at our complaints of the rooms. This room was not cheap to begin with.

Disliked: First room bloody rag/tissue on the floor; second room given someone's underwear in the shower.

Nothing special but comfy and convenient location.

Liked: Comfy and get a cookie with check-in.
Disliked: Bad view - right next to an office building, so had to keep blinds shut.

Liked: The location is excellent. A little scary in the evening as there are rough sleepers in the area.
Disliked: The staff. We checked out on time. Stored our bags for a few hours and then returned. We asked to use the downstairs washrooms, the one lady on reception refused to open the downstairs bathroom and even threatened us with SECURITY. The other lady on reception said 'no problem' and had the bathroom door opened for us. We can only imagine it was a race issue, as the African American lady refused to help us. Very, very sad to be managed in this way as frequent travellers

Disliked: Rooms were older with some repairs that needed to be made.

Liked: The location was the reason I choose the doubletree.
Disliked: We had problems with the water in the shower. It took a very long time to get warm water. The water in the shower never got hot. We called to the front desk and a maintenance person came up. He was not able to check anything in the room because we had not got dressed yet. We could not get hot water the whole time we were there.
