Would likely book a room again. However, even though I am from Philly I always enjoy a nice view. Thanks.

Liked: Friendly staff; shuttle service to concert.
Disliked: No snack vending machines on floor. Breakfast order incorrect. Not a great view of city.

It was nice to have bottled water in room and extra pillows. TV was nice size. Beds were comfortable.

Overall, the hotel stay was OK. When we arrived at the hotel AFTER check-in time, our room was not ready. We were compensated with free breakfat buffet passes. The hotel hallways and elevator were very humid and warm (but it was 101 degrees outside)

I never stayed and they...

Liked: I never had breakfast. I didn’t even get a room.
Disliked: When I got there the lady at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. There was no acknowledging of me even booking there. I showed her my confirmation number, and pin, and she couldn’t find neither. So as far as me staying there I never stayed.

Need More Friendly Staff and...

Liked: The location was great and shuttle runs every half hour 24 hours a day. Awesome!
Disliked: It needs a renovation. Both with staff happiness and facility. Bathtub was gross. Drain didn’t work with kind maintenance guy who took too long to come. Staff seem unhappy (except one great guy Jeremiah whose bright attitude finally checking us in after another rude woman was inattentive and scolding when I tried to check in at 3:20 pm). Morning checkout was as rude as the first woman I met trying to check in 40 min before official check in. Same not before my time attitude was given by shuttle driver at 3:25 am. Staff needs happy pills (or incentives to be kind) and facilities need to be upgraded. Location is great. 24 hour shuttle is too. Invest in your people and facilities it will pay off.
