Liked: Friendly staff; shuttle service to concert.
Disliked: No snack vending machines on floor. Breakfast order incorrect. Not a great view of city.

It was nice to have bottled water in room and extra pillows. TV was nice size. Beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay - very comfortable bed and room, and great staff.

Overall, the hotel stay was OK. When we arrived at the hotel AFTER check-in time, our room was not ready. We were compensated with free breakfat buffet passes. The hotel hallways and elevator were very humid and warm (but it was 101 degrees outside)

Liked: The breakfast was very basic, very average. The price for breakfast buffet is 19.98 and not worth it. It's a very very small closed in buffet with very little options.
Disliked: I arrived at the Double Tree Hotel to check in, while in the Park lot there wasn't any parking available due to three ballroom parties going on. There was t any parking for the stat guest. I had to park on the sidewalk. When I went to check in there were only two desk clerks and they had to keep leaving to actually take people to their rooms. When I checked in, there wasn't any room key available so we couldn't leave our room due to it being crowded. The desk clerk wasn't pleasant nor helpful. Didn't explain anything, didn't tell me the charges on the room, didn't explain anything. It was a horrible stay....

Liked: Spacious room with magnificent view of the airport. Frequent shuttle.Reasonable breakfast.
Disliked: For the second time this year at this hotel taxes and fees were added to the bill even though these were already included in the rate and confirmed in E Mails from Booking.Com and the hotel itself. On both occasions I had to request a refund of the additional charge.I recommend checking that you are not paying taxes twice if already included in the pre booked rate
