Great relaxing break, hotel facilities...

Liked: Lovely hotel, very clean and well furnished/comfortable rooms. Good facilities on-site, great breakfast service.
Disliked: Lounge and bar areas were cold, food in the restaurant was lovely but service was a little slow.

Brilliant location and venue

Liked: Location, the reception and welcome, the room was absolutely lovely, leading out to a quiet courtyard. The restaurant service and food was above expectations. The Spa, Sauna, Gym and Pool were great Breakfast was very good Conference facilities and lunch was very goodOverall a wonderful experience and we all voted to meet there as a regular venue

We had a good stay...

Liked: Very good breakfast staff very nice and helpfull, the dining room was very clean and tidy.
Disliked: The only problem was that we could not open the shower very well. Apart from that we were very happy with everything else.

Liked: Breakfast was the only thing not so good. Juice wasn’t good Compote type fruit was not cooked. Just small things We don’t eat cooked breakfast so choice was more limited

Exceptional

Good family get together.

Liked: Stayed overnight for a family party that was held in one of the function rooms. Well looked after by all involved. Breakfast the following morning was good.
Disliked: Our room heating didn't work. Radiator didn't come on nor did the bathroom towel rail. Could have been an issue had it of been colder at night.
