Comfortable bed; nice size; nice bathroom; great views. A great experience, merely minutes from our destination. Overall would recommend.

Disliked: The hallways were dark and the carpet was old. Needs an upgrade.

Pleasant, restful, and as much...

Liked: Breakfast was great. The room was good except a little crowded with furniture. Location for shopping and tourist attractions was excellent. I've stayed there a few times before (under the Novotel name) and will stay there again when coming to Ottawa. Nothing changed except the name; all remained a great place to stay.
Disliked: Just a less crowded room. I have to use a walker, and the path from the door to the window bed was a bit difficult.The problems I had were because of my mobility issues, i.e. heavy door to exit while trying to get walker out at the same time.
