Comfortable bed; nice size; nice bathroom; great views. A great experience, merely minutes from our destination. Overall would recommend.

Disliked: Pool.access by another building.... make your construction passable. no way the whole floor was an impasse

Liked: Location was great for us, we had an event at the Rogers arena. The start point for skating on the canal was right out front, Mall access was a bonus.
Disliked: The pool access was out of order during our stay, we had several families staying there for a cheerleading event & the girls were looking forward to pool time - we had to trek to around the corner to ‘Les Suites’ in the snow to use the pool.

Disliked: Well ...Booking.com could have told me that the pool ans hot tub was out of commission because when I arrived they were under renovations. I would have never chosen this hotel through this website as there was no notifications of closures. Get it together... Incredibly disappointed as I would have not booked.

Liked: The room was nice. However the beds were not the most comfortable. They are also in the process of a renovation, so at 10am on the nose, chipping started above us.And access to the pool was cut off (they told us to leave the hotel, walk around the corner, and access it from another hotel). So we didn't use the pool.The location was excellent.
Disliked: The garage looked problematic. Areas were shut off for renovation, and there was a burst hose bib. It kinda felt like the garage could collapse (crumbling concrete everywhere). As a result, parking was VERY limited, and if unlucky, a pain to access your car. There were 3 levels of parking but only 1 level was accessible directly by elevator.
