Disliked: Mold on the A/C register; website said there was a hot tub and there wasn't. Pool was supposed to be heated it wasn't. Rude employees.

I would not come back to stay here ever again. Our room had a very bad smell. Really would like to know why the hotel thinks it's worth charging people $17.00 per day to park - they don't take responsibility for anything lost in any vehicles etc., so where do they get off charging that much to park on their own property. We pay enough for the rooms with the bad smells. I should also mention to everyone that there are train tracks right behind you, and noise from that every night.

This was a great experience. I would definitely go there again - 5 star treatment.

Disliked: The couch in room was paper thin and you were sitting on metal. The ac temp wasn't accurate so hard to make the room cold enough. I thought that booking a Hilton was a safe level of comfort but this was more like staying at a motel 6. Plus parking is $32/day and the elevator was broken so I had to lug all my suitcases up the stairways to the third floor bc the first two levels are all valet for some reason in the parking garage.

Liked: I love that the doubletree is located in down town Orlando it made getting on and off the highway very easy.
Disliked: Unable to get the room originally booked (double beds) but, my son and I ended in the room with a king size bed. When we arrived to the room it smelled of marijuana and the air vent was extremely loud.
