Liked: Got stuck in elevator 40min. Location is out dated. Not enough staff. No room service as advertised.

Liked: The staff was great! All super nice and the cookies were delicious. It was close to a few restaurants that were within walking distance.
Disliked: The balcony room was not disclosed that it was a balcony to a lobby. The room was loud even at night when the lobby was full of people in the bar area. Frustrating when you have a child for sure. The shower was not great and the door to the bathroom constantly scraped when opening or closing. This was definitely something that was frustrating.

Great location, good value, but...

Liked: Property was great, location amazing. Our hallway smelled like wet mildew / mold as did the room…. Just not pleasant at all. We were only one night so we didn’t bother with it. Iron barely worked this morning.
Disliked: Wet mildew smells in hallway
