Liked: Location - shopping and many excellent restaurants nearby. Very walkable to beautiful wharf
Disliked: Some interior designs in need of updating but not a turn-off.

Too much money for value

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: It isn’ t the Hilton standard we are used to in Europe.

Wonderful staff and comfortable room

Liked: All the staff were wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and accommodating. They really made me feel as though any questions or needs I had were easily addressed and no problem for them to take care of. They genuinely cared. Accommodations were roomy and comfortable. Having been greeted with a warm cookie and hot coffee was a wonderful welcome.
Disliked: As an older person, my only concern was that the only grab bar in the shower was small and very close to the shower head. So in order to turn on the shower -if you are a little unsteady and need to grab that bar, you would have to be right under the shower head which of course is cold water when first turned on.

Liked: Queen suite with comfortable bed and a sleeper sofa. Nicely furnished. Small bar with a great, conversational bartender. Helpful front desk crew and really good, warm cookies at check-in. Coffee and tea service all day in lobby. free on site parking. And a great location in downtown Oly.
Disliked: No complaints. Good place in Oly.

Liked: Comfortable beds, very clean, location convenient to downtown. Coffee station in the lobby - well stocked!
Disliked: Free breakfast.

Liked: Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Facilities nice. Great that it was easy to avoid elevators and use stairs- prominently located and wide and inviting to activities in lobby. Gave a good level of activity to the whole ground floor lobby area. Made the stay easier than usual hotel situation.
Disliked: Parking lot was full.
