pay attention to the fees
Disliked: hidden fees, you have to pay to park at the property but they waived it.

Clean room with minor issues,...
Liked: The room was big and it was clean. (except for the windows, rain damage/stained permanent). What we didn't like: Desk chair had a spot that was stained/damaged. Water stains on the coffee table that are permanent. Security latch for door was removed and the door showed damaged marks.
Disliked: Upon arrival, there was a sign on the receptionist desk stating that the hot tub was out. Then we were told a $10 per night fee for parking. (Didn't see that info on the website we booked the room). Then the receptionist handed us the key and said we were all checked in. She didn't say which room and how to get to it. I asked which room and the receptionist seemed annoyed. But still didn't tell us where the elevators were to get to the room. I know it isn't rocket science to figure it out, but most hotels tell you the room number, hand you the key cards, and tell you which direction to go to get to your room. The room was clean and comfortable. Got up the next morning to take a shower and the shower gel dispenser was empty, again no big, used the shampoo instead. (I normally bring my own soap, but I forgot it at home). We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We received conflicting information regarding breakfast. It was our understanding that breakfast would cost extra. No one, prior to breakfast, told us that breakfast would be free with our stay. There was a price list up by the food, therefore we thought we would have to pay for it. So we decided to go to a restaurant instead. As we were getting ready to check out, the desk clerk said breakfast was free, BUT by then there was no more food. I brought down, to the eating area, an empty cup from the previous night. We had gotten a hot chocolate, so I thought I would be nice to bring the cup back. There was an employee there and I said "hello" and I said "I am not sure where to put this cup". The employee just starred at me, grabbed the cup, and walked to the back room. She never said a word to me. It was strange and very rude of her. When we checked out I mentioned a few of these things and the morning desk clerk was friendly and apologised. We also found out 2 cars got broken into.

Liked: Well it was so clean and the staff was wonderful they even gave me a place to call to have someone watch my dog cuz he could not stay cuz he's not a service dog yet but soon he will be.. it was very quite and comfortable my wife loved the beds
Disliked: Man there was nothing bad to say about that place all 110% to the good
