Fabulous great location, fab facilities...

Liked: Great staff, fabulous breakfast and evening meals with great customer service. All staff from the front of house to bar and kitchen staff were very welcoming, attentive and helpful. I would and have recommended. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam great too.
Disliked: Nothing much possibly opening time of swimming pool to 7 or 7.30am to enable a pre breakfast swim. Also changing room floor always really wet to change in.

Great location for a pit-stop...

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was cheaper than I expected as I booked through Booking.com The pool, jacuzzi, steam etc was great to relax in in the evening. Room was large and what I expected for the price. Breakfast was good and there was a decent range of options.
Disliked: The changing rooms for the pool were tired/dated and small. The bathroom could have done with being updated.

Liked: The property was a good layout and location
Disliked: The room I had was very cold, and when I complained to reception, the English guy on reception adjusted something and was then a little sarcastic, which I didn’t appreciate.The good thing was that the lady who ran the bar was simply the best at her job, very helpful and friendly, and polite, which you would expect(Andrea).

Liked: Greeted well and was provided information I needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Was called in for dinner when that was ready which was appreciated.
Disliked: Server staff lady that called me felt a bit blunt, ordering me where to sit on the table and placing utensils roughly. She may have been new but would like to pass on this feedback, I believe her name was Pooja.
