Disliked: Jacuzzi and steam room out of order

Liked: We liked everything about it. Would definitely recommend. We had added bonus of a Christmas Market inside the hotel.

Delightful stopover

Liked: Spacious room, nicely decorated, lovely warm pool, delicious food, complimentary cake and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: Location was good. Reception areas was nice decorated.
Disliked: Room was dated and lights didn’t work and wants clean. I didn’t want to make a fuss as I was travelling long distances between stays due to tiredness. Food was good but was expensive vs quantity.

Disliked: if we could turn off the vent in the bathroom - it was a bit noisy
