Liked: The property was a good layout and location
Disliked: The room I had was very cold, and when I complained to reception, the English guy on reception adjusted something and was then a little sarcastic, which I didn’t appreciate.The good thing was that the lady who ran the bar was simply the best at her job, very helpful and friendly, and polite, which you would expect(Andrea).

Liked: Greeted well and was provided information I needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Was called in for dinner when that was ready which was appreciated.
Disliked: Server staff lady that called me felt a bit blunt, ordering me where to sit on the table and placing utensils roughly. She may have been new but would like to pass on this feedback, I believe her name was Pooja.

Great pit stop for long...

Liked: Location was on our drive back from week away and just off the motorway.
Disliked: Slightly dated as I’ve stayed at a few freshly updated ones but in the end I didn’t notice difference as everything worked, staff were great and bar and restaurant was helpful and good food.
