When we arrived the lights were out due to a power failure in Newark, but everyone was very accommodating and friendly throughout our brief stay. Prudential Center just a few blocks away, making it very convenient for my son and I, both Devils fans.

Liked: Everyone very friendly.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Disliked: They attempted to overcharge me $400 for cost I didn’t incite. My third party provider cleared the matter with them.

Liked: The location was handy for airport and easy to get to Manhattan by train from there. Free shuttle bus and cookies were great.
Disliked: There were issues with cleanliness, in particular bedding wasn't clean (had to change rooms twice), and carpet was dirty and surfaces were very dusty. Whilst the staff did change the rooms for us, they appeared nonchalant about the issue as if dirty bedding was a regular occurrence, and were not apologetic.

Short but sweet.

Liked: Close to train station and nyc cruise port. Restaurant was good. Allowed us to leave later than check out time. Our cruise was delayed so this helped avoiding longer wait at terminal.
Disliked: Didn’t find the walkway connecting from train station to hotel. Next morning I walked around a found it.

Nice clean hotel

Liked: The fact that it was connected to Penn Station Newark, although the walkway is closed on the weekend
Disliked: The handicap accessible room i had was at the end of the hallway where space between the walls is less than other rooms I saw, making getting my power scooter into the room difficult. It was difficult getting the scooter lined up straight with the doorway Plus the door was very hard to push while on the scooter Other rooms near my end of the hallway seemed to have a larger distance between walls.
