Disappointing

Liked: The front desk Staff were excellent, very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
Disliked: Our room was on the 3rd floor .... so was the HouseKeeping department, which operates 24hrs a day. The noise was constant 24hrs a day, the staff break room was next to our room. The noise during the night and early hours was so loud it kept us awake. The slamming of doors, dragging the trollies. We complained a number of times, they apologise but nothing changed.

Good hotel to base in...

Liked: I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. The toilet and shower area was clean and working. The room looks to have good insulation, at least not much street noise filtered in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very central, practically walking distance to many NYC spots.
Disliked: I stayed 3 nights and the room was cleaned only once. The room is small for the price, but I guess this is normal for a NYC hotel. Lobby area is very small. When you have a couple of guests checking in/out with their luggage, then it gets very tight.

Comfortable and quiet hotel well-situated...

Liked: Room was comfortable and quiet. Location was excellent, walking distance to Central Park, Broadway, and Times Square. Hot shower with good water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff reached out via text to ask if I needed anything during our stay. Nice touch!
Disliked: The room was only cleaned once during our four day stay. I don't know if that's the norm these days but I had to ask for towels a few times and the trash piled up.
