I would come back again but book a bigger room.

Disliked: 1) 150.00 hold for incidentals is absurdly high and, after 4 days, it has yet to be returned to my account.2) My room was across from a towel closet and a staff member was assigned to work 3rd shift, so I didn't sleep the first night because they repeatedly opened and closed the closet.1.5 elevators worked during the 3.5 days I stayed at the hotel. One of the many times I tried to use it required a 20min wait then squishing myself in with 7 other people desperate to get off their floors.

Not a very pleasant stay

Liked: The rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed. Housekeeping was attentive. Located near the train station and minutes of walk away from the charging bull.
Disliked: The rooms were extremely small. The elevator was very slow and full. I had to carry my stroller up and firm each time as only 2 out of 3 elevators were working, but very slowly. No variety for breakfast. The restaurant staffs need to put on a bigger smile as they were the first ones we see in the morning. The concierge was not around, so we couldn’t store our things when we were about to check out. The hotel is very expensive but the lift services just puts me off more do that I was traveling with 4 children. I would not stay here again.
