I would come back again but book a bigger room.
Liked: Clean room and very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Room is very small; no room for an additional chair beyond the desk chair.

Liked: The bed and pillows were nice. For a short stay it was completely fine.
Disliked: There was unfortunately no complimentary water, the elevators took a little while as it was a very high building with >40 floors.

Excellent location with disappointing hotel...
Liked: The location is fantastic. With the hotel being downtown you are close to accessible subway stops and plenty of things around to see and do. The rooms were clean and to a suitable standard and the staff were very kind and helpful - we can’t fault the reception or housekeeping staff.
Disliked: The hotel elevators are unlike anything I’ve seen for a hotel with this demand. The elevators themselves are small with often a dozen people crammed in. Rarely did the elevators function as required, staying above the 30th floor we waited over 20 minutes one day for an elevator and when it did eventually arrive it was full. There was also an occasion when only 1 of the small elevators was servicing the entire 40 floors of the hotel. Travelling with an infant we found this to be unacceptable. The smoke detector began to “chirp” in hour room at around 0600 one morning and after reporting it took over 30 minutes for someone to come to fix the issue.
