Liked: Very clean and good sized rooms. The look of the outside makes the hotel look old but the inside was beautiful. Nice staff as well.

Enjoyed the ability to walk through town, visit shops and have a great meal at the Historic Inn! No better place to stay when in town for a conference at the Riverfront Convention Center.

Liked: I loved the staff they were welcoming and very helpful the room was clean and roomy. The views are amazing from the riverfront rooms and the location was awesome. So close to restaurants, bars and the New Year's Eve block party that we came for. We parked the car and never used it again until we left. Oh and the outdoor space is great for sitting and relaxing riverfront.
Disliked: I didn't like that there was no complimentary coffee or breakfast included for the price of the room for the night.

Liked: The river view is spectacular, particularly at sunrise. Hilary was great. Very welcoming.
Disliked: I like having a blanket and extra pillows available in case it’s needed.

Love New Bern, disappointed with...

Liked: Love the location! Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Beautiful view of the river.
Disliked: I booked a King room and we were given a Double. I really would have appreciated getting the room that I booked! Also, the toilet was constantly running.
