Disliked: bathroom wasn't very clean, smelly. Light around bathroom mirror not working. Heater very, very loud

Liked: Staff was very pleasant. There were ample towels in the bath. Complimentary water in lobby was a plus. Beds were soft and the pillows were plump.
Disliked: Breakfast cost way too high for the quality of the food. We only ate there once because of that. The basic features of the bathroom were clean, but there was a lot of dust build up in the corners and the exhaust fan was coated in dust and noisy. Did not care for the scents of the preloaded shower gel and shampoos. Maybe something more neutral. Biggest downer was the toilet paper, it's like something I would imagine a prison stocking. Definitely below hotel standard.
