Value your employees-Heather rocked it!

Liked: Breakfast had many options lots of choices as a pescatarian diet. The scrambled eggs where awful, hard dense . Heather who was the hostess, the waitress and the bartender from the previous night was outstanding. We continued to hear people call her by name and she had a smile on at all times.This is a valuable employee and I honestly hope she is paid well and recognized for her customer service to your patrons.Kim Denis

Disliked: Had to ask for enough towel, no extra blanket in closet, when they brought the blanket it was covered in fuzzy balls, toilet holder broke, no bar of soap at sink to wash hands, not enough outside lights at front door, it was very dark, I had to use my phone light.

Disliked: The room we booked for over $330 per night was supposed to be a king suite with a separate bedroom. There was no door for privacy for the bedroom. We booked for 4 adults which this says it accommodates, untrue! The sleep “sofa” is a sleep “chair” which opens to a twin sized bed hardly large enough for two children let alone 2 adults. I received an email several days before the check in date asking if I’d like to octave to a three room suite from the two room suite for an additional $35 to which I answered Yes! I got to the hotel and they had no clue what I was talking about and shrugged their shoulders when I showed the email. Our friends were in a two queen room for half the price and twice the room! I would never stay here again.
