Disappointing

Liked: Location is very convenient.Room is not big but it was sufficient for 2 person.Our experience at the pool was also nice.
Disliked: Stuff do not have the necessary experience to deal with customers.They don't know the basic rule of the hospitality industry: customer satisfaction is paramount.Especially the receptionist at breakfast, she was so rude and arrogant. when we dislike the table she chooses for us, she tried to manipulate the situation and pretended that the other table we choose is reserved, but in fact we discovered later that it was not because our neighbors moved to it .So, instead of trying to please the customer, she chose to lie to him.

Liked: Clean, great location
Disliked: Parked in p3, very difficult to navigate to thebhotel and back, not at all signposted. Ridiculous wait for any of the lifts. No milk, 1 large towel between 2. Struggled to connect to WiFi. Messaged for help, no reply. Instructions would have been advantageous as it was easy when you know how. Verbally abused by a drunken guest, not the hotels fault but still not pleasant.

Great home base for exploring...

Liked: Nice rooms and amenities, including the restaurant. Connected to an underground mall and the subway. Right next to the Christmas market too.
Disliked: There always seemed to be a line at the front desk and whenever you called down for things, it took over an hour to arrive at your room.

Liked: Great location, very friendly staff at check in. Indoor pool is great. Room was clean.
Disliked: Staff closed up the pool a little earlier than posted, also, they could use a hot tub as well. That would be great addition.

Bad impression

Liked: I like the convenience of the location and the interior pool. The breakfast was also good.
Disliked: I paid online through booking. And when checking in, they wanted a credit card to put a hold and I had my visa on my iPhone. But their machines didn’t take the tap. They then gave me a run around for about 45 minutes trying to send me a form by email that never actually came in. I was with my small children and they kept saying that they sent the form over and over. The person at the desk was getting impatient with me following up a few times. Eventually she asked me to connect to their wifi. And that’s when the email came through. They could’ve figured that from the beginning. Wasted a whole 45 min. Especially that they never said online that the tap was not available and that I needed a physical card once I got there. Also because I had requested a 4pm check in and they agreed. But when i tried to check in at 3:50 pm they sent me to wait til 4 and then when I tried to check in again this whole credit card problem started. I only stayed one night so this is the first and only impression I got. they could’ve done better and the French lady at the guest reception could’ve been less impatient and annoyed when I kept telling Her that her email wasn’t coming in. She would’ve made me wait all night if I didn’t keep going back. Very very bad customer service on her part!
