Liked: The cookie upon our arrival was a very nice touch. Much appreciated. There was very little wait time at check-in and an employee did come around the line to welcome us all which was nice. The shuttle to the airport was on time and super efficient.
Disliked: There was no water in the bedroom. My coffee machine did not work in the room.

Old hotel, expensive for what...

Disliked: I was given room 144, I spent the night listening to a noisy motor, like a generator. Could hardly sleepThe following day, when I complain with the manager, she "thank me for the observation", stating that she would informe the maintenance team. I never received acknowledgment of the uncomfortable night I spent.

Liked: The location is very close to the airport. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable.

Perfect location before an early...

Liked: The hotel was nice. The room was not very big, but just big enough for 2 people. The staff was friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was quite good. The location is great with free shuttle service from and to the airport.
Disliked: The staff was not very knowledgeable about the airport, early luggage check in etc.
