Great place to stay.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: My sink was stopped up.

We would go back but...

Liked: The room was comfortable enough and both tv’s worked. The young lady bartender,T’Nyah,was lovely and so were the other staff.
Disliked: The room was a suite with a full kitchen but absolutely no utensils or plates or cooking equipment. Why?

Disliked: No microwave in the room. I was told no damage charges would be held on my card and it was.

It was excellent overall

Liked: Ollie and McGowan at reception were phenomenal. They were such a huge help to us and did an amazing job.
Disliked: The shower in the room didn't divert all the water to the shower head and the exercise room didn't have water.

Very inconvenient and costly

Liked: It was not mentioned I would have to pay 20.00 a day for parking nor did I expect to have to pay for breakfast that was advertised as free I paid the fee for 3 adults stay in a room with no microwave and a fridge that did not work,no trash bags for the trash cans. Parking lot was also flooded
Disliked: The rooms, and being charged to park at a hotel room I rented no accommodations to get our bags to the room the free breakfast not free

Not worth the money

Liked: Friendly staff. Was willing to give a full refund if we wanted to leave that same day but we choose to decline. Wasn’t worth the trouble and having to book another hotel last min.
Disliked: Everything was old and outdated, carpets dirty, bathroom sink was clogged, bathroom floors were dirty, sofa couch was stained and disgusting. Not worth $500 for two nights. There was some convention going on and a lot of people were smoking outside and the lower level parking so you could smell the smoke.

Liked: I canceled my stay, due to my party not showing up at the last minute.So I cancel my stay with booking.com and they charge me a fee of $89.00 and I paid them.I told me that they were going to informed the property in Montgomery Alabama downtown double tree...And were waiting on a Responce from them.They never contacte booking.com email...And they end up charging me again for the amont of $189.00I called The manerger that was incharged to clear this confusión up and refuned me my money back...I was double charged because of non cummunication!I want my refund...Please contact me about this MATTER ASAP!GEORGIA HICKS (334) 221-9165
