Disliked: Overpriced and need new furniture.

Disliked: I requested the manager to contact me several times. He never contacted me and he was never available to talk to. Our room was not cleaned even after requesting the same. Only 3 towels even though we were four people. Had to request an additional towel three times and then walked down to the reception to get it myself.

Superb

Liked: steak was delicious
Disliked: no comps offered when heat or vent didn’t work.

Liked: Location was perfect. Everything was modern and exceptionally clean.
Disliked: I would have liked more vending machine options and/or brunch or lunch options at the on site restaurant.

Disliked: An approved (by the hotel between booking.comand the hotel)) reservation change between booking.com and hotel was actually never executed at the property even when it was approved by the property. Booking.com never followed, though, on the change to the property. When we arrived, they did not have a room reserved for us. It's not the property's fault, it's completely booking.com fault. We now have paid 2x the amount for the room. Property Manager, Dean assured us this would be made right ASAP!ADDITONALLY.....We forgot to put out the do not disturb hanging sign on our door and were awakened at 8:30am on our check out day to banging and the door opening (attempted) by the cleaning staff. Ruined our stay and woke us up early.
