I checked in with my...

Liked: Bed comfortable, clean as expected
Disliked: Front Desk staff not welcoming on check in, long wait, did not offer any information about the hotel or cookies. Promised 12:30pm checkout and housekeeping barges in at 12:00pm without knocking on the door, just inserts the key and opened the door. Told front desk what happened before leaving and Sophia said to contact the manager Dean. Sent an email, no response from the Manager Dean Yeboah.
