Liked: Location and comfortable room (for US standards), and there was very good coffee, which surprisingly was free.
Disliked: The biggest issue was the staff, which, in my opinion, was very unprofessional. We have asked for some room service. The lady at the reception told us she was alone, so she would not be able to help us. During our three-night-stay, we wanted room cleaning just once, but they forgot to refill the shampoo.
