Liked: I love the location, walking distance to Miami international mall, staff very friendly and helpful The shuttle to the various locations on point.
Disliked: I didn't like that the Ac in the room could not be adjusted and couldn't get it turned off. Also, the constant running of the unit and noise in the room.

Disliked: Room and water temperature in the shower was very cold. Even at the hottest setting, water wasn’t warming up.

Liked: Location was ideal. Complimentary cookie was awesome. Shuttle service and Steve the driver were the best. Steve was an absolute pleasure and extremely hard working.
Disliked: There’s nothing I can say I did not enjoy about this property.

Liked: The staff were friendly especially Sebastain at the reception was very helpful.Miami international mall and dolphin mall is close to it . However its around 40 min drive to miami beach
Disliked: The rooms were very old and not worth the money for 4 star hotel
