Overall the stay was good...
Liked: room was odd, the door has a gap in it that a lot of the hall light would come in when it was shut, it needs to be adjusted, that is room 417clean as much as any other hotellocation was perfect for our visit
Disliked: beds where fine but could have been softer.

I don’t like this hotel.
Liked: No thing
Disliked: The customer service is so bad and she shouted at me while I’m asking her without any reason. Also she doesn’t checked us when i asked her for the reason she didn’t respond at me and shouted. And now I don’t like to talk with any customer service again.

Liked: The lobby and common areas were well kept
Disliked: Hotels grounds were nice overall (lobby and common areas); however, the stay in my room wasn’t great. The air conditioning unit was very loud, I did not get much rest. The room was not very clean. The tv remotes batteries were corroded, and I had to get the remote replaced as soon as I checked in. The tv is Direct TV which is ok, but I was not able to connect to any other apps other than the cable tv (like listening to music) this would have been ok if the Ancient telephone/speaker all in one worked as an aux which it didn’t. Overall I felt that the cost of my stay was very expensive for the subpar conditions. It was NOT clean, many areas were unkept and surfaced cleaned. There was DUST and COBWEBS everywhere. I did call about the tv remote (a tech was sent within the hour), and I texted an attendant about the ac but it was never addressed. I definitely have stayed in better places, especially in the DMV. I booked through booking.com so cancelling or getting my money back in the moment was not an option. But if I could I would have. I doubt that I will ever stay at a Hilton again!
