Absolutely best hotel I’ve stayed...

Liked: Greeted by friendly staff we were given warm cookie biscuits on our arrival. A modern and clean hotel, we stayed one night in a Deluxe Corner King Room, which had a single chair and table overlooking the city. The staff were wonderful when I rang for an extra chair so me and my husband could sit together to look out at the wonderful city view. Breakfast was plentiful in a relaxing setting. Would definitely book a room here in the future.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like about it - an exceptional hotel.

Excellent stay in the city...

Liked: Staff were very attentive and very helpful. We were given a room close to the lift as requested, and there were some little treats in the room for my mums birthday, thank you. The breakfast was lovely !
Disliked: We had a lovely meal in the bar, but had to juggle as we were sat at a low table, not enough tables to sit comfortably at to eat. We know its a bar but we wanted a nice meal and the restaurant wasn't due to open til 5 pm, which would have been too late for us as we were going to a concert later. The q park piccadilly is right next to the hotel, so conveniently placed.
