This hotel was recently done over, and the location is the BEST for the venue (SNHU Arena)!

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly. We wanted more coffee for our rooms - no problem they gave us what we needed. Coffee is important first thing in the morning for a lot of us.
Liked: Cleaning rooms and friendliness.
Disliked: Not any.

Couldn't have been better! We booked through Concerthotels.com with no problem at all. We booked two rooms because we are a family of six. I called the hotel the day before our arrival to confirm reservations and request adjoining rooms. They were so nice and accommodating. Even though the hotel was full for the night we were staying, they were able to arrange for us to have adjoining rooms. The rooms were clean, updated, very nice. The beds were super comfortable and a highlight for our kids as they were those "sleep number" beds where you could adjust the softness. Kids LOVED them! They made their beds so soft so that they would feel like water beds! We went to a concert at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester. Literally, all we had to do was walk across the street. It was fantastic to be that close to the venue! When we arrived back after the concert, the kids were hungry. It was very late and the gift shop was closed. But to our amazement, they had a sign on the door that said to go to the front desk to buy things from the gift shop. Sure enough, the front desk had a large supply of snacks and drinks to sell! The staff at the hotel were very, very friendly and provided great service. And they were all interested in what we were doing, asked about the concert, etc. Highly recommend this hotel and the website - concerthotels.com.
Liked: Perfect! Great rooms, great location, great service, great staff.
