Perfect location to walk to...

Liked: Location, clean, friendly staff, didn’t have to pay for bottled water in the room, recycling bin in room, nice supply of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel.
Disliked: Had some issues with consistent shower temperature

Amazing customer service

Liked: There was a problem locating my reservation initially. It was late at night, I was tired, and the front desk staff was so nice about it. They rebooked me, gave me two drink vouchers and followed up the next day. Also, free shuttle to the airport is amazing...Austin was super sweet and told me all about the area.
Disliked: woke early to next door neighbor on a phone call...walls are kind of thin. Housekeeping was efficient, but I felt like they were lurking outside my door early in the morning waiting for me to leave when I was just going down for coffee.
