It sucked

Liked: First of all, this is not on the hotel. This is on Booking.com. I had to switch my dates and you guys had said that the dates were switched and everything was good. I should’ve had two rooms at the Doubletree and they didn’t show me having any room rooms fortunately they had one room that me and my whole family had to sleep in and I slept on the floor. This was my worst experience with booking to this point.

Liked: The restaurant is fantastic, and they always have my favorite beer on tap (Raider Red). The manager Dee always remembers us and makes sure we feel at home. We won't stay anywhere else in Lubbock!
Disliked: the hotel across the street is sketchy, but I know there's nothing Doubletree can do about that.....

We normally like staying here....

Disliked: Front staff check in. The girl who helped me check in was nice. There was another girl who wasn't very pleasant at all. She looked grumpy all weekend . Bar staff was amazing and friendly .

Liked: Rooms were modern and the restaurant in the lobby is to die for!
Disliked: Wished the bar closed at 12 when it was supposed to, rather than 11:30.
