Major management involvement needed to compete with good LA hotels. Will not go there again.

Disliked: Room size; handicapped aids; menus; lack of real restaurant; value.

Although I thought this hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly, for what I paid I could have gotten much more somewhere else. I thought it was pretty tacky that they charge for overnight parking, it's not like you are going to park for only a few hours. $32 is too much to park when your room is already upwards of $300 for a standard room. Also my pet peeve - one packet of sugar and one creamer might look nice and appointed in the coffee caddy in the room, but not very realistic. Also, if you are sharing a room with someone, make sure to bring your own toiletries, because there will not be enough shampoo for 2 people. But then again, aesthetics are an important part of the illusion of luxury. The rooftop garden was beautiful and peaceful. Location was perfect. Overall good experience but a bit pricey for what is offered, but then again that's LA for ya.

Liked: We had a corner room. We were there for 3 nights and it was tight. The bathroom was small and we couldn't get ready at the same time. As it was a corner room there wasn't a lot of space in the room at all.
Disliked: The cleanliness could have been better.
