For London prices it was...

Liked: All very good. Only one slight issue was the towels smelt like they had been washed in a fast food restaurant. They were clean but Not fresh smelling . Everything else was good.

Acceptable but room could be...

Liked: Very friendly. Had an upgrade but unfortunately the “view” was a brick wall. This was soon rectified as we then changed to our original booking.
Disliked: Our room was a little “ tired” and bathroom very cosy. Struggled to climb into the bath for the shower! Not a lot of room.
