Liked: Good breakfast
Disliked: They put me on the 10th floor which required a lot of walking (they didn’t seem very booked out). Very hard bed, loud noises from some type of machine, and I would turn the aircon off and it didn’t stay off, I was freezing!

Pleasant

Liked: I loved the proximity to the place I had to go. The personnel were just amazing ! Especially the chief of staff !The hot chocolate at the breakfast was incredible!
Disliked: The price was a bit too expensive and the heater was not responsive.

A great stay once again.

Liked: Great choice of both hot and cold delights.. One would not go hungry.

Disliked: Rooms were cold. The air conditioning/Heat is not efficient.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the room was well laid put with all you could ask for. The lighting was good and the TV also.
Disliked: The bathroom door gave little to no privacy. The noise from outside was petty immense and kept me awake most of the night.

Very comfortable stay, great location...

Liked: Location was excellent for what we needed it for. Across the road from Victoria station and the Apollo theatre. We arrived early and was able to check in early and on checkout we were able to leave our luggage in the room store to come back to at the end of our day.
Disliked: Nothing

Friendly welcoming hotel, very comfortable...

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and brought things to the room quickly
Disliked: Location, nothing to do with the hotel. Just too must construction work happening close by
