Good

Liked: We loved the hotel. The room was large, clean, and the staff was lovely.
Disliked: I would have expected that the pull out bed would have been made when the room was secured for 5. There were no proper hooks in the bathroom for reusing towels, which was a bit frustrating.

Liked: Location amazing for London museums and the tube and bus tours!Lovely lobby and restaurant.Absolutely amazing customer service for the kids they gave us activity boxes and put a play tent in our room. We felt so welcome and that the kids were welcome. Breakfast always a highlight at Hilton
