Family Christmas Holiday 2024

Liked: The location is brilliant and has a train station across the road. Breakfast has plenty to choose from. The staff are amazing, the receptionist overheard me speaking with my sister that it was my wedding anniversary and when we went back to our room I found a lovely card, chocolates and wine

Excellent location

Liked: Excellent location for access to the West End and the museums.
Disliked: Check in was a little slow despite it not being busy, but the staff were very polite and apologetic about the wait.

Liked: They changed our room upon our request. The previous room was taking smell from the restuarant.
