Liked: The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious but it would be good to have dietary options like soy milk or veggie sausages more obviously available. The breakfast staff were really nice and helpful.

Warm and welcoming building with...

Liked: The bed was super comfy and the location was good for the event we were attending at the O2. The entrance and building etc are very pretty.
Disliked: I booked a Hilton because I stayed at one in December which had great breakfast choices for a range of dietary preferences and needs. This one had very little. I asked for some dairy free milk for cereal and was given a very tiny jug full which barely covered the cereal. It wouldn’t hurt to have some dairy free milk accessible without having to ask and enough that it actually does a bowl of cereal if you do ask. It would also be good to have some dairy free yoghurt available and other vegan friendly options, given it’s location being in such a diverse capital it’s not unlikely that you would have the demand for it to be worth offering more variety. I’ve had more variety to choose from at much lower star rated hotels.The shower in the rooms is also a bit awkward. Even though I stayed with my fiance, the glass door doesn’t offer any privacy and it would be nice to be able to use the toilet without being in full view of someone else no matter how close you are to that person.

Disliked: The shower was flooding out of the bathroom as there was no proper door which I would recommend
