Okay for an overnight stay

Liked: Comfortable bed, good breakfast
Disliked: Pillows were very soft, one receptionist was quite rude on our arrival and the corridor down to the room smelt like cigarettes. You couldn't smell it in the room though

Disliked: Room was small shower was to small bed uncomfortable and food and drink was overpriced

Disliked: The room was too hot. The radiator wasn’t on and the air con didn’t work. No air circulation at all. Had to open the windows but woke the kids up with road noise. Other guests had the same issue. Not happy, could have stayed at prem inn and had a better nights sleep.

Liked: Staff were all exceptionally attentive and helpful, Loved the cookie on arrival too! Rooms were clean and modern, the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Pillows were not firm enough but that is personal preference.

Disliked: Very poor shower water pressure, no excuse for this with a modern building.

Disliked: A function was on during our stay we had loud thumping music going on until midnight could hear it above our TV!
