Liked: Staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay...Clean hotel
Disliked: Breakfast too expensive for it to be served cold!There was a mix up with my reservation which was eventually sorted out...Discrimination with beverage choice...I don't drink coffee or tea and would have had chocolate but I would have been charged extra to have it! At £15 for breakfast I shouldn't have to pay extra for a beverage because it wasn't included in the price!For a hilton hotel, there should be a spa/sauna area in.line with the gym. Also a swimming pool would have been nice too.Room.lighting too dark even though there are long and short lamps around the room.
