Tired Doubletree rooms in need...
Liked: The location of the Property and access to Chelsea Harbour, 606 Jazz Club and the Uber Clipper are all very convenient.
Disliked: Room was musty and felt like it was historically a smoking room although the smells from the corridor indicated some form of substance aroma the vicinity.Not a single bottle of still water in the room which for the price paid I thought was mean.

Liked: The service. All the staff were friendly and helpful; Neha and Jelitta were outstanding in their help and guidance.
Disliked: There was odor in the bathroom and the room that came and went at intervals and which most probably related to a sewage vent / maintenance problem.

Lovely hotel, location perfect and...
Liked: Hotel itself was lovely. Staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was busy due to a function but that did not bother us. Room was perfect for our needs and although we were on the fifth floor it was very quiet. Had drinks at the bar and again bar staff were happy to engage in conversation but at the same time being aware of other guests and being attentive to everyone.
Disliked: Room facilities were a little sparse - only one set of towels between two people and only two tea bags (I like my tea!)

If you are a family...
Disliked: We listed that we had a baby who needed a cot at the time of booking. When we arrived there was no cot in the room. The lady at reception was incredibly rude. A member of staff then tried to assemble the cot only to discover it was broken. She then tried another, which was also broken. She then said there was nothing she could do and tried to leave the broken cot in our room and said maintenance would deal with it in the morning. I then had to plead with her to find one, she went off and eventually got another one after much persuasion. This fiasco took over an hour which meant we couldn’t go out for dinner as we had to ensure our baby had a safe place to sleep and it was getting late. The fridge was also full of black mould. They processed to dump the broken cot outside our door which made leaving with the pram very hard. They would not warm up our babies milk, we had to plead with them to do this too. Overall cleanliness was poor and customer service even worse.
