Great for a quick visit

Liked: Very friendly staff & very welcoming to our daughter. Very comfy beds. Location was great until the trains were cancelled...obviously not the hotels fault though!
Disliked: Only issues were smelling cigarette smoke in our room on the second night. Couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The restaurant food was pretty average. Parts of the bathroom were a bit tired & the carpet was quite badly stained

Disliked: rooms were cold and difficult to heat. No available computer.

Liked: Staff were fantastic, very helpful when there was an issue with the ac in our room. Breakfast was lovely. Good location. Love the little spots for cute photos! Very clean!
Disliked: Would be nice if the restaurant downstairs had a kids menu and served more lunch type food aswell.
