We would definitely stay again,...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, very clean, beautiful decor. The food was lovely and the staff were very helpful. The car park was literally across the road which was very useful. The room was extremely clean and spacious and very modern. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Chelsea
Disliked: Only one downside which is very minimal was the pillows on the bed. They went very flat after just a few minutes and a little uncomfortable to sleep on, but as I say this is very minor.

A beautiful well kept hotel...

Liked: Check-in was so straight forward and the staff really helpful ( especially Jelitta) who went above and beyond.Breakfast was really nice / had a good variety of fresh food and drinks.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not dislike - was very happy with my stay - would definitely come back.

Satisfactory

Liked: It did exactly what we needed… and catered for the kids.
Disliked: The price of food in the bar… I understand everywhere is more expensive but … this is next level. It’s only a burger and chips like…. I was shocked, but caught and we needed food.
