Liked: The breakfast was a little overpriced but extensive The location of the hotel was ideal
Disliked: It took most of our stay to get the room warm enough and the lights in the room were adequate when relaxing but if we actually wanted to see something we had to use a torch .

Liked: Nice clean room with modern look.
Disliked: Bed was too small for 2 people and pillows were too soft, no firm option. Also had faulty light at bedside.

Liked: Staff were very attentive and helpful. The room very warm, clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: Had issues with the digital key cards had several visits to reception to sort this out. Thought the breakfast was a little disappointing

Liked: The first room we were allocated was not clean (Bad) We explained this to Reception and were upgraded to an Executive Room for our trouble (a Very Good response)
