Disliked: Room too dark felt like i was in prison also air con didnt seem to work too cold, when having breakfast again too cold sat under air con supply also had meal booked at the restaurant too cold again & filled in comments when booked as it was my wifes birthday asked for a cake no reply & no cake very poor

Disliked: The bed uncomfortable didnt sleep there in end and the hallways carpet was dirty black and nasty on 1st floor it put me off because how clean was the bed if you can't keep a clean carpets
