Liked: I loved everything, the location is central so easy for travellers, food and shops are nearby but also loved the facilities in the hotel! It was spotless and so clean which I love about this hotel and I ordered food from the restaurant in the hotel and the food was amazing. The bed was really cosy. Overall everything exceeded my expectations and I would love to stay here again

Lovely hotel brilliant staff

Liked: From the moment we walked in the staff were brilliant. Checking in was fast and easy, the lady on reception was polite. The room was lovely, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The sky lounge was like no other. Perfect stay all around. Can’t complain about anything. I can’t wait to return.

Liked: The location ,its next to the railway station and the city centre is 5 walk away.The breakfast is a buffet style but it offers plenty of choice and was lovely.
Disliked: Nothing

A hotel that exceeded expectations!

Liked: Complimentary cookies and drink in the bar was a nice added bonus. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent

Disliked: The Sky lounge was full of under age drinkers using fake IDs....I shame to what is a great venue....the bouncers weren't too bothered about letting them in..not good to see, it's put me off coming back to the sky lounge.
