Very disappointed that during my...

Liked: Excellent location with professional and friendly staff. My major issue was the fact that out of three lifts only one worked my whole weekend stay which meant waiting a considerable amount of time to either get to the floor of my room or returning to the ground level. This tarnished my experience at the hotel.

Would book the hotel again

Liked: The Hotel was clean and the room was spacious with good wifi and TV facilities
Disliked: There was not a huge choice in the restaurant, and did not think it was value for money. The breakfast on the first morning was cold, but was good on the second day.

Very good

Liked: The hotel was in a great location within a few minutes walk of the city centre. The rooms ans food were excellent however 2 out of the 3 lifts were not working which meant long waits.

Not a good nights sleep

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Lifts weren't working, which caused a lot of traffic and waiting around. Lots of banging and noise due to work being completed as well starting at 8am, which was not good.

Disliked: Two lifts not working for the duration of our stay, and no viable work done to correct this.
