Liked: Location, cleanliness,view from window, staff friendliness.
Disliked: Limited lunch menu in restaurant when we arrived. No sandwiches available only meals - as we were eating out in the evening, didn't want a full meal at lunchtime. Restaurant was completely empty, if staff available to make a meal, didn't seem like asking for sandwiches was a big request. Staff apologized but we had to go out to get a sandwich when we would have preferred to stay in the hotel

Liked: Ideally placed, extremely clean, lovely decor, shower with great water pressure, hairdryer, ironing board, iron, kettle and lovely mugs! Bedding and bed so comfy. Staff so friendly, welcoming and efficient. Had a fantastic stay, sky bar cocktails excellent!
Disliked: Nothing.
