Liked: Whole stay

Pleasant with a superb location

Liked: Great bed, the Lock and 13th floor were great. Helpful staff.
Disliked: No BBC radio 4 despite having BBC 1,2,3,5. The tv and radio reception dropped out to such an extent that it was unwatchable/unlistenable.

Liked: Loved the location next to the station! Very clean and comfortable! Very helpful that we could leave our rucksacks in the luggage lock up whilst we were busy in the day. Collected them in time for our train.
