Very nice, quiet hotel. Nice area with several restaurants close by. Free public parking across the street and it has a great view and access to the walking path and overlooks the river.

Liked: Very nice, clean room and friendly staff.
Disliked: The pillows were very soft and not supportive at all.

Nice place to stay with...

Liked: The place was clean and a good value for the money. Location was good next to the river and within walking distance of several places to eat. Brandi at the front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast at N0-ce was excellent.
Disliked: We booked a king room with a river view. The view was excellent but the bed was not a king bed. Hotel puts a hold on your credit card which can cause some issues.

Liked: The location was great for walking downtown and along the river. The staff was friendly!
Disliked: We had 2 rooms, one room evidently had not been cleaned. We discovered at midnight that the sheets were stained and used toilet paper was between the sheets and comforter. Was told since we booked through Booking.com that we would need to file a claim and we would not be charged for that room. I have been trying to get someone to respond to me for a week with no response.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay of several days!
Disliked: I booked two rooms with King sized beds on the river side of the hotel but was given two rooms on the city side of the building. Also, the rooms were on different floors. We did not share this information with the front desk staff as we had already moved our bags to the assigned rooms.The waitress at the restaurant was really a delight. She was fantastic.
