Very nice, quiet hotel. Nice area with several restaurants close by. Free public parking across the street and it has a great view and access to the walking path and overlooks the river.

Liked: The staff was great and our room was ready early!
Disliked: A gold cart to shuttle between garage parking and front door. The weather was very cold and as a woman who wears heels and things to events and such it would have been a great touch to be warm and safe.

Poor housekeeping.

Liked: Very good-looking hotel, clean, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There was no remote in the room upon arrival. Tried to call the desk 3 times, without an answer. Went to the desk, they had no remote available. They said they would have one delivered. It was in the room after dinner. In the morning, l realized there were no bath towels, had to dry with a hand towel.

Disliked: I take the stairs and they were locked, and no one could figure out how to unlock them, and it took forever to find someone which is a complete code violation
