Great value for just off...

Liked: Staff was accommodating and resourceful
Disliked: Pool was closed, but that was communicated prior. I was a little confused at check in as there was no clear spots marked where to park and how to get to the desk.

Good location but customer service...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Expensive to use the parking garage - overly so in our opinion. Most of the staff were at best disinterested and at worst rude and disrespectful (the woman who checked us in). Luis (our breakfast server) was the one exception: he was delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful.

It was fine, but need...

Liked: The place was clean, and everyone was nice to talk with.
Disliked: Check in time says 3 but it not it's 4. And they will not let you check in early. And if you show up at 4 you may still have to wait longer to get your room. Pool is not open, it says it opens July 1st not not ture.
