Liked: Booking.com did not inform me after the hotel refused the reservation. I was unable to go
Disliked: When I called booking.com they were rude and hung up on me

Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready. No hand soap dirt towels on the floor no Kleenex. Doubletree has charged me 159.00 for the room and an additional 50.00. I already paid booking ahead of time. So now I will have to call the hotel and find out why I have been charged 209.00.

Disliked: The pool was close. Something about the ceiling. We were never told that the pool was closed when checking in and there were no signs up indicating that the pool was closed. We only found out it was closed when we went to the front desk to tell them our key wasn't working. My opinion is the pool was closed because I was told that the hotel was full of kids that weekend. Another problem was the elevators. Very sketchy. Got caught between floors for a few minutes. Spent the rest of our visit using the stairs and we were on the 6th floor.
