Liked: Breakfast was good…restaurant staff were all exceptional
Disliked: Toilet overflowed on first flush; NO rooms avail until after 4pm, bar was closed when supposed to be open, room thermostat did not work

Liked: It was a good location.
Disliked: I checked in at 4pm. I also didn’t like the fact that I had no internet connection from the moment I came until I left so I wasn’t able to get anything done on my computer for the work I did want to get done. I also was hoping for a hot tub in the pool area but that wasn’t an option either. Also having the television set up for my son to play his video games for his Birthday night would’ve been nice to have. Why do I feel like for the price of the room it should have more things to offer. No complimentary breakfast or anything. I think I will stick with my other hotel that I usually go to. I wasn’t very happy with my stay.

Overall my stay was excellent.

Liked: Location very accommodating staff
Disliked: Elevators were under maintenance. More detailed explanation on what was being done.An inconvenient situation but the work had to be done.
