Disliked: The pool was close. Something about the ceiling. We were never told that the pool was closed when checking in and there were no signs up indicating that the pool was closed. We only found out it was closed when we went to the front desk to tell them our key wasn't working. My opinion is the pool was closed because I was told that the hotel was full of kids that weekend. Another problem was the elevators. Very sketchy. Got caught between floors for a few minutes. Spent the rest of our visit using the stairs and we were on the 6th floor.

Disliked: No ice machine on floor. It looks like it was ripped out. The bathroom floor was sticky upon checking in.

Understaffed and elevators don't work...

Liked: My room was modern, comfortable and clean. Valet assured me my car would be well taken care of, which was comforting.
Disliked: The restaurant was understaffed. Reception staff were not friendly. The elevators were not working and I had to climb the stairs to the seventh floor with my luggage.

Just bad…

Liked: Breakfast was good…restaurant staff were all exceptional
Disliked: Toilet overflowed on first flush; NO rooms avail until after 4pm, bar was closed when supposed to be open, room thermostat did not work
