Lovely hotel but not ideal...

Liked: Lovely hotel. Very clean, the staff are lovely and breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool and sauna which were usually very quiet. We had a room on the first floor and it was a great size and quiet too. It was almost perfect.
Disliked: The location. I chose poorly here. It is well out from the main city. Not ideal when in Krakow for a short break. Going in and out had to be well planned and there’s no ‘nipping back’. We used the tram or uber to get about but the costs mount up. Both were fairly cheap but it was a hassle we didn’t really need.

Wonderful family stay

Liked: The hotel is very nice staff are friendly. We had interconnecting rooms which worked well for us. The spa and swimming pool was lovely after a long day out and touring. Would definitely recommend.

From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring Krakow. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable stay with outstanding service.
