good experience with excellent staff...

Liked: excellent staff, very helpful, efficeint and polite. Busy evening (wedding going on) but staff rose above all chaos!
Disliked: coffee machine in lobby produces funny-smelling and tasting coffee. might need a cleaning?

Liked: The location was excellent for us. Close to everything we needed or wanted.Close to St. Mary’s Hospital for my husband’s early appointment there. Loved the pool. Breakfast was excellent.Staff were very friendly, and helpful!

Liked: beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room was too small, our friend was disabled, hard to get her in the door and washroom, asked for an upgrade, they didn't do it for us. No water or coffee in the room. Dissatisfied.

MOST DISSAPOINTED! THE WORST CUSTOMER...

Disliked: Staff were rude and condesending when being spoke to! The manager or ast manager on duty While being checked out qas the ruddest person I believe ive ever encountered at any hotel ever!, i was so upset i forgot to get his name. I'll never stay there again and advise if you want good customer service bit to away it least at this Hilton!
