The Ambassador Hotel & Conference Center provides well appointed guestrooms with free WiFi cable TV Keurig Coffee Maker small bar fridge and microwave. A work desk and ironing facilities are also included. The hotel is only 2.5 miles from downtown Kingston and less than 5 miles from the Fort Henry National Historic Site and less than 4.3 mi from Belle Park Fairways. Our property is undergoing renovation and our restaurant kitchen and pool are closed until renovations are completed. Our hot tubs water slide and splash pad are permanently out of service.

Nice place to stop for...

Liked: Since it was renovated the hotel is much nicer then when it was 10 years ago ….the renovations have made it a class hotel!

Wedding

Liked: Newly renovated, nice room, clean and quiet.
Disliked: The place is like a maze. We were attending a wedding in the ballroom and the room was so confusing to find right from the beginning. You had to walk thru the restaurant to get to your hallway to your room after hours. It was dark in the restaurant so we had no idea if we were going the right way or not. When we checked in, Front desk told us to park in between the two buildings at the back and enter there, we ended up in the wrong building after someone let us in (keycard didn't work) , finally, with the help of a cleaner, we found our way back to the front entrance and eventually found our room. All this walking for someone who has accessibility issues was not a great start. Every door outside was not key card accessible so it was frustrating if you went outside. Very expensive, from the cost of the room to the drinks at the wedding.
