Overall love it-the cookies are...

Liked: The Chocolate cookies, the newly renovated feel, the welcome on the tv. The pool, water was a good temperature.
Disliked: The restaurant could use more supervision-staff could be a little more upbeat and customer friendly. Nothing in particular-just haven’t felt taken care of like I do with the rest of the place.

Liked: Clean, comfortable. Easy check in and good parking.
Disliked: Location is ok but not really walking distance for downtown. The water in our room was tepid at best. Made for an uncomfortable experience.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean. Paid extra $20 for breakfast to be included and my entire family was able to order off the menu at the in house restaurant - food was great. Allowed late check-out. Would stay here again.

Disliked: Although recently renovated our room had a shower with big stains. When we pointed this out to front desk, we were told " oh somebody made a mistake when installing. They moved us to another room with the exact same problem! Seems like renovations were rushed and not double checked. Housekeeping under staffed for a holiday week. Took 3 calls down to desk to get towels and tissues. We won't be back

Liked: room was beautiful, breakfast was perfect, as was the area to lounge and eat.
Disliked: elevator was down for a bit thankfully we could use the service elevator
