The Ambassador Hotel & Conference Center provides well appointed guestrooms with free WiFi, cable TV, Keurig Coffee Maker, small bar fridge and microwave. A work desk and ironing facilities are also included. The hotel is only 2.5 miles from downtown Kingston and less than 5 miles from the Fort Henry National Historic Site and less than 4.3 mi from Belle Park Fairways. Our property is undergoing renovation and our restaurant, kitchen and pool are closed until renovations are completed. Our hot tubs, water slide and splash pad are permanently out of service.

Liked: My husband and I stayed here when we first started coming to Kingston to visit our kids. Originally it was not the nicest place to stay. But we heard about the renovation and decided to try it again. We were very happy this time. Clean, and friendly staff. And enjoyed the new pool! It’s not huge. But we needed a break. So it was just right.

Disliked: Small bathroom / small room ….staff not super friendly

Liked: Very happy about the location & amenities. It's on me for not checking schedules as we happened to show up during a hockey tournament so there were a lot of kids running the halls until 11pm. We did have a lamp issue, but I let the staff know as we checked out, as it wasn't necessary to use during our stay. Overall a great experience & we will definitely use them in our future.

Liked: The beds were incredibly comfortable. Normally I don't sleep well at hotels but had a wonderful peaceful rest.

Disliked: The kids running up and down the hall yelling from the hockey tournament going on.
